Her cooking is a celebration of the vibrant flavors of Vietnamese cuisine, a heritage she cherishes deeply. With a blend of her Vietnamese upbringing and the diverse culinary influences of Singapore, Kathleen infuses her dishes with a unique twist.

Inspired by the joy her Vietnamese creations brought to her extended family in Singapore, Kathleen embarked on an entrepreneurial venture, managing a thriving banh mi business. Her delectable creations quickly won the hearts of many, fueling her passion for sharing Vietnamese cuisine with others. Now, through her cooking classes, Kathleen aims to not only teach the techniques and flavors of Vietnamese cooking but also to impart the joy of creating something beautiful and delicious.

John See

Chef John brings with him an extensive professional background spanning over 29 years, including roles in renowned hotels, restaurants, and as a culinary director for movies such as "The King of Hawkers," "Crazy Rich Asians," and "Final Recipe."

While his culinary foundation is rooted in classic French techniques, his passion for Asian and Singaporean cuisine is unmistakable. With a heartfelt desire to see the culture of dishes like Nasi Padang, Fish Head Curry, Chicken Rice, and Devil Curry thrive, John is not only a seasoned chef but also a dedicated educator.

He firmly believes in the value of mealtime as a bonding experience and advocates for making every meal meaningful. John's approach emphasizes simple, fuss-free recipes that are perfect for home cooking, allowing families to minimize time in the kitchen and maximize quality time together.
